Contract Signing Ceremony of Narada Giant Nanxun Ancient Town Resort

The contract signing ceremony of “Narada Giant Nanxun Ancient Town Resort” was held in the morning of 6 Feb. Mr. Wu Jiping, Administrator and Associated Secretary of Nanxun District, Mr. Sun Xianggen, Deputy Administrator of Nanxun District, and Mr. John Qian, Board Chairman of our company had attended the ceremony.

Mr. Wu Jiping said that contract signing of “Narada Giant Nanxun Ancient Town Resort” project is marking the new stage of parties’ powerful alliance, mutual cooperation and joint efforts for development. It is also a good big and great event on the road of Nanxun ancient town’s tourist development. Both parties should closely follow up on “roadmap” and “timetable”, and speed up the construction of the project according to the schedule. All relative government departments should well serve and track the project and make all efforts to push forward and run the project. Through earnest cooperation and joint efforts, Narada Giant Nanxun Ancient Town Resort must be the new highlight of the ancient town tourist and the win-win goal of Giant and Narada will definitely be achieved.

It is known that Narada is a domestic hotel brand with strong Chinese culture. After years of focused development, it has been ranked “Top 10” of China hotels, “Top 100” of world hotels and won numerous awards such as “Pioneer Domestic Hotel Brand” for continuous five years, “China Domestic Hotels Brands Leader”, “the Best China Domestic Hotels Groups” and “the Best China Hotels Groups”, and is now an outstanding high-end local hotel brand in China. The project of “Narada Giant Nanxun Ancient Town Resort” uses the old factory building of our company at the location of Tai An Road, combines the Yin-Yang of industry and water town and builds the featured hotels group unique in Nanxun. The project invests a total of 350 million RMB and covers building area of 24000 square meters. The construction starts this July and the hotel is expected to open in March 2017.
