The grand ceremony of commencement of the construction of Giant Industrial Park with capacity of maximum 40000 elevator parts was held in the company on 21 Feb 2012. Mr. Gao Yu, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the company, Mr. Zhou Lifen, CFO of the company, attended the ceremony.

The total investment of the Park reached RMB500million, with a planned land area of 198.3435 acres and floor area of 95000M2. It would be the nationwide biggest and most advanced elevator parts manufacturing base after completion of the construction, which will significantly rise the level of technology and manufacturing integration in Nanxun District, or even Zhejiang province. 

At 9:58am, the first pipe pile with red ribbon lowered which marked the construction stepped into a new stage.
