This morning, 2017 Conference of Giant Holding was convened. The top leaders such as the company President and General Manager Mr. Qianjiang, Vice General Manager Mr. Jitao and Mr. Gaoyu, and CFO Ms. Zhou Lifen, as well as the total more than 500 staff participated. The conference was hosted by HR Director Mr. Yangbo.
The meeting was started by the Vice General Manager Mr. Gao’s yearly safety report of The safety responsibility is the most important thing.
He reviewed and concluded the safety work of the past year from yearly target completion situation, sewage treatment, site management, and project completion process, etc. He affirmed the achievements, but he also pointed out the deficiencies and further expanded from the greater impact security accident, emphasizing that the loss was not big but the impact was huge, which sounded the alarm bell in the hearts of all. Next he deployed the mission and goals of 2017. He emphasized that the company will have a comprehensive consideration from the aspects of main safety responsibility, system management, provincial safety standard, and safety assessment, to ensure the smooth completion of the goals.
Only fix the root that the wood can grow long. Only fill the source that the water can stream long. If the company wants to develop, it must rely on the solid foundation and abundant source. To Giant, safety is just the foundation for our living.
The company President and General Manager Mr. Qianjiang gave a speech. He reviewed the past year, thanked all the staff working for the company, and gave the New Year greetings and best wishes.
He listed the company milestones of year 2016, and reviewed the company’s development. Later, he deeply interpreted the company's new business philosophy one more time and strengthened this philosophy would be the starting point and foothold of all the work in the future.
Finally, he deployed the work of the coming year to all the staff. He pointed out that the company would realize the group transformation and every subsidiary operating the business independently, fight courageously, and use powerful words to encourage every subsidiary and department to be more hopeful and a better prospect.
The company rewarded the golden ring to the staff who has been working for 5 year in Giant, thanking their company and efforts.

A year of hard work and sweat exchanged for the warm applause. Everyone on the stage was happy with the medals in their hands.
